Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is based on custom estimates tailored to your needs. We go through a thorough planning process to ensure you get the best value from the start.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We start with a phone call and a visit to understand your project. You'll stay updated through a shared calendar, as well as email, phone, and text. We'll provide a clear contract and do a final walk-through to make sure you're happy with the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
15 years of custom home construction and remodeling.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our company roots trace back to when our owner began working in construction at just 12 years old. Over the years, he gained experience in various trades, from excavation and plumbing to electrical, solar, and cabinetry. As the business grew, so did the team. Today, our skilled team includes specialists in each area of construction, and we all share the same commitment to qualify and customer service. With over 15 years in the industry, we've built a reputation for delivering custom, efficient solutions for every project. We're dedicated to providing not only craftsmanship but also a collaborative and customer-focused experience, ensuring that every project is completed with care and expertise.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We've worked with a diverse range of clients, including commercial and residential projects, high-end homeowners, busy professionals who prefer a hands-off approach, and individuals from all backgrounds. We focus on providing a seamless experience, tailored to each client's unique needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One project we're particularly proud of was a complete remodel and addition to a downtown Park City home. We worked with the city to secure an additional 2 feet of height, allowing us to add another floor with stunning views, maximizing the floor plan to suit the client's needs. The remodel included a natural stone floating fireplace, a sleek steel staircase, optimized kitchen and living spaces, as well as ample storage. The luxury $1.4 million remodel was completed in one year.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advise is to choose a provider who is reputable, transparent, and communicative. Ensure they have a clear contract, a professional website, and positive costumer reviews. It's also important they can provide a detailed breakdown of their pricing. We prioritize all of these qualities, so we strive to offer the best possible experience for our clients.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should consider their budget, key design features (like materials or focal points), and any specific ideas or goals for the project.
