Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
In our line of work, we usually need to visit the job site in person to give a custom quote for what the customer needs. Please get contact with us so we can arrange a meeting!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Typically we travel to the customer to get the best idea of what the customer needs. If the customer needs samples brought, or is interested in different materials, we will bring suggestions of products to see what would be the best fit. We also willing to give a professional recommendation for each project because every house and homeowner is unique.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I've been involved in this line of work for approximately 20 years and have had the opportunity to see many different projects to completion. That experience has proved to be invaluable in providing excellent service to Utah residents.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I was approached by another professional years ago and worked alongside him for five years. I decided to pursue my own license because I enjoyed the work so much.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Homeowners, property management companies, realtors, local governments, investors, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently worked on finishing a local basement of an older home, framing new areas and installing a kitchen - it went very smooth from beginning to end and took approximately three weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you do your homework and hire the right person for the job - it's much better do the job right the first time. You may pay a penny more, but in my experience the investment will be worth it in the long run.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
It's best to have a general idea of what types of materials they would like to use, and whether or not the contractor is willing to correct their mistakes. When I show up I'll make sure a job is done right from the beginning to end!
