What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free consultation, where our project manager visits your home (or schedules a virtual call) to understand your vision, take measurements, and discuss your budget. We then provide a detailed written estimate. Once approved, we handle everything — subcontractor coordination, materials, quality checks, and communication — so you have a stress-free renovation from start to finish.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our project managers bring over 15 years of residential construction experience, with deep expertise in kitchens, bathrooms, and property renovations. Our subcontractors are all licensed and insured, and we follow strict quality control processes throughout each phase of construction.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

M3 Renovations was built on a passion for turning outdated or underused spaces into beautiful, functional homes. What started as a specialty in bathroom renovations has grown into a full-service remodeling company serving homeowners, landlords, and investors across the DMV.

We recently completed a $90,000 kitchen and flooring renovation in Falls Church, VA. The project included a full demo, custom cabinetry, new LVP flooring, tile backsplash, and under-cabinet lighting. It took just under 6 weeks from start to final walkthrough — and the client loved the transformation.
