What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is very affordable. We have many discounts available just ask for details. When is comes to remodeling, you shouldn't look for the "cheapest price" because it is a sign of poor quality work (or lack of work that is done). The more expensive companies sometimes are out to "price gouge". We fall in the middle where you get the best quality work for the best value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Every project is different. Typically, it starts with a conversation and evaluation to understand your needs. Then we proceed with ordering materials if needed, and scheduling the installation. We keep you informed every step of the way from start to finish. Post-installation, we meet with you again to ensure you are more than satisfied with the project. We are not done until YOU say so. It's your home so at the end we want to make sure that the project is perfect since YOU will be living with it. After all, YOU, the customer is most important to us!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have decades of experience and knowledge in the home improvement industry. That's why every member of our team has specific skillsets to ensure that each task is completed to the upmost quality.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Different team members had different journeys in arriving where they are today. Most started as helpers, then moved on to team leaders, and so on. Most are in this business because they understand the need for high quality service that other companies last. Most companies say they put the customer first, but when dealing with Quality Remodeling, you can really tell that we actually mean it.

We have worked with all types of customers. From customers who are unsure about what they are looking for to customers that know exactly what they are looking for, we can help! After all, we are more of a source of information that can assist with helping you transform your vision into a reality.

We have done many projects with different scopes of work. Each project is unique and take different time frames from start to finish. We can help determine the timing of each project during your initial consultation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that the contractor understands your vision. Its not all about price. At the end, if the contractor does not understand your vision, the project will not turn out as you expect. We always ensure that we meet your expectations and understands your need to turn your vision into a reality.

Think about materials and installation methods to be sure that your ideas are suitable for your space. Also, do some research online, and find photos of what you are looking for. By showing these to professionals, they can really understand your vision.
