Different types of flooring cost a differently to install.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet the customer and understand what they are trying to accomplish with there floor. Customer is spending a lot of money so I always make sure they are happy with what they pick.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a project management certification, which helps me manage projects more efficiently.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My friends installed hardwood. I would go out on my days off to help them out.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with the most picky customers and the most relaxed customer. Bottom line is I will not take your money until you are 100% satisfied.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Customer wanted us to refinish his floor with in a short time period. We worked over time to complete a day early.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure the installer is confident in the project and knows what he is doing.

What’s my budget? What kind of flooring can I afford? Is the project too much stress for me?
