Initial estimates might not include all possible costs. Estimates can change based on design choices, material costs, and unforeseen issues. We try to provide high accurate estimates, once all design choices have been set you'll be provided with a solid number that won't change during the course of the project.

We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your vision, goals, and needs. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your project scope, preferences, budget, and timeline. We also answer any initial questions you might have about our services. Next, we schedule a site visit to assess the space and take measurements. This allows us to better understand the existing conditions and identify any potential challenges. It also helps us provide a more accurate estimate and tailored recommendations.Our design team will collaborate with you to develop a concept that aligns with your vision and budget. We’ll provide design options, discuss materials and finishes, and refine the plans based on your feedback. This stage may include drawings, 3D renderings, and a detailed scope of work. Once the design is finalized, we prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, costs, and timeline. We’ll review this with you to ensure everything meets your expectations. Upon agreement, we’ll finalize the contract and schedule the project start date. For new construction or extensive remodeling, we handle all necessary permits and approvals. We ensure that everything complies with local building codes and regulations before work begins. Our skilled team starts the construction or remodeling process according to the agreed-upon schedule. We prioritize clear communication and keep you informed of progress, any changes, and milestones. We also ensure to minimize disruptions and manage cleanliness throughout the project. We conduct thorough quality checks to ensure everything is done to our high standards. We’ll arrange a final walk-through with you to review the work, address any concerns, and make any necessary adjustments.
