We are capable of providing all inclusive project pricing, and also labor agreements for clients who want to provide their own materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We would like to see that we are a great fit! Our project manager will come over to discuss your project details and help you get the information, scheduling and pricing for your project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are from a family of builders who have been in the trades since 1999. With 8 years of experience remodeling in the PNW, we are certain we can successfully tackle any obstacle in the way with useful solutions.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Construction has been a part of our lives and passed on from our grand parents generation to us. That is what we know and love doing.

Home owners, business owners, developers, investors, real estate agents, other builders and general contractors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Full house remodel in Tacoma, kitchen, 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors, interior paint, trims and millwork. Project was completed in 7 weeks from permit approval.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. Don't yield to high pressure sales tactics. 2. Make sure you receive a detailed scope of work description and not a vague agreement.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are my needs? Will this project improve the value of my house and make sense financially? Am I planning to stay in this house forever, sell it in 5-10 years, or prepare it to be on the market soon?
