My pricing is affordable based on the market demand. I try to establish the best price for my service taking in consideration my customers also. I am willing to negotiate don’t hesitate to ask.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First of all reading all the details from costumer request. Schedule an appointment for an accurate estimate. Making best connection with the costumer. Providing free estimate. Make the costumer comfortable and familiar with all the details of the estimate. Response to all the questions and concerns of the costumer . Arrange a time frame for the project and fine-tune all the details. Sing the contract , receive first payment and start the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have many years experience working in construction field! Mechanical engineering is my degree and my master degree in business administration!

It’s a family business and a way of living.

I had work with all types of customers!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project that I had was a full home remodeling to a luxury house 5000 sq. ft. water front located in Mukilteo . We did custom made cabinets, install new flooring, remodel 4 bathroom, moving wall changing the layout, drywall and paint , new baseboards all over the house and more… The project was an success and I was very pleased with the results also the costumer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are searching for: determination, friendliness, flexibility, honesty, trustworthy and quality service I am here for you! My advice for a future costumer is that your ideas and the dream house can become real but don’t expect great ideas to be inexpensive.

Make sure that they have an idea about what they want to do also the financial resource. An professional contractor can give you best advice but the main idea is yours based on your taste! Don’t be shy to expose your desaires for your project!
