We offer transparent estimates for every project—no hidden fees. Pricing is based on project scope, materials, and labor. We occasionally offer seasonal promotions and discounts for bundled services or repeat clients.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We begin with a free consultation to understand your goals, preferences, and budget. From there, we provide a detailed proposal, including timeline and materials. Once approved, we handle scheduling, and project execution with clear communication throughout.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team includes licensed and bonded professionals with years of hands-on experience in general contracting, remodeling, and finish carpentry. We continuously train in updated building codes, energy efficiency standards, and design trends to stay ahead.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Emerald Sky Renovations was born out of a passion for quality craftsmanship and transforming spaces with integrity. After years in construction and renovation management, we built our company to offer homeowners a better, more ethical remodeling experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've worked with first-time homeowners, real estate investors, growing families, and retirees. Whether it’s a kitchen remodel, custom deck, or full-home renovation, we tailor our process to fit each client’s lifestyle and goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just completed a siding replacement for a returning client, a couple in Auburn, Washington. It’s always a pleasure working with returning clients who trust our craftsmanship.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always vet your contractor—make sure they are licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Serious and professional contractors should also provide you with Form F625-030-000, a required disclosure from the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) that outlines your legal rights and protections as a homeowner. If they don’t offer it—be cautious.
