What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to create relationships with my customers, I want them to know that I am not just interested in their business but to create a long lasting relationship that could be mutually beneficial. It's not about what you know but who you know. And sometimes that makes all the difference.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in the construction industry for over ten years. I have a lot of time invested in my skills, from military working on planes to building houses. I have a lot of knowledge and am willing to constantly learn and grow that knowledge.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was to young to get a real job, I used to do odd jobs around the neighborhood. This is how I learned my work ethic, but I also learned many skills I could use as well.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am really Handy and I enjoy fixing things. Whether it's something big or small.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always get multiple quotes and feel out your contractor. Build a little relationship and get to know them a little before you hire them.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Try to have as much information about the project as you can. That will help your contractor help you better and more efficiently.
