What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Step by step, here's how our process works: We initiate by meeting with our clients to gain clarity on their specific requirements and preferences. Based on the information gathered, we prepare a preliminary estimate outlining the projected costs and timelines. Once the client approves the estimate, we begin the due diligence process, refining the project scope and materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with the client's vision. With a well-defined scope, we proceed to gather quotes from vendors and conduct consultations with subcontractors to obtain precise cost, schedule, and risk evaluations. a. We ensure an exact cost breakdown. b. We establish a comprehensive schedule to manage project timelines efficiently. c. We carefully review potential risks to proactively address and mitigate them. Upon finalizing all details, we proceed to create and formalize the construction contract, ensuring all parties are in agreement. With the construction contract in place, we begin the work, diligently bringing the project to life with utmost professionalism and attention to detail.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Throughout my entire life, construction has been a constant presence. Since I was 16 years old, I have been working in construction alongside my brother. Many individuals from my community are also involved in various trades. Given these connections to skilled and highly reputable professionals, becoming a general contractor was a natural and seamless decision for me. The abundance of high integrity and professionalism within my network made this career path a perfect fit, allowing me to excel in the field of general contracting.

What types of customers have you worked with?

i have work with people from all walk of life, however the most fitting clients are the once that are tring to buld a dream home or convert the existing home in to the dram home. our standared provedure is set up to bring the peranalized vieions to life. however we have the capbilitys to do al sorts of projects.

Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to collaborate with people from all walks of life. However, the most fulfilling and fitting clients are those who are aspiring to build their dream homes or transform their existing houses into their ideal living spaces. Our standard procedure is specifically designed to bring these personalized visions to life, ensuring that every detail reflects the client's unique preferences and desires. While specializing in dream home projects, we also have the capabilities to undertake a wide range of other projects, catering to diverse needs and requirements.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I strongly advise all my clients to be extremely diligent during the planning process, as "failure to plan is a plan to fail."
