What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a military discount for current or former military personnel. We work with multiple different manufacturers for materials and are able to find the perfect material within a customer's budget within reason. Our labor prices are very competitive within the industry.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, we start off by performing a complimentary measure. An estimate will be emailed to the customer to view and approve approximately 5 business days from measure, depending on the size and details on the project. After an estimate is accepted by the customer, a 50% deposit is required for the estimate to be converted to an invoice and we will proceed with ordering any materials and scheduling the project for installation. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our installers and office staff are trained and knowledgeable with working with multiple different shower systems along with working knowledge and understanding of industry and TCNA standards and guidelines.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The owner of the company has always enjoyed being able to create a space that reflects the customer's vision they had, or the results are better than the customer envisioned. Every team member has a desire and passion to create an amazing space that the customer has always wanted. Enjoying the process from measure and designing with our team members who have an eye for color, concepts and layout to create the perfect living space desired for each individual customer and their uniqueness.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Remarkable Concept has worked with a wide variety of customers within the Residential and Commercial industry for remodels and new construction.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The best advice would be to ask all the questions you have. Never be afraid to ask questions. Visit the showroom, if they have one, to talk with the employees and team members about your project and see if they seem to be the right fit for the project you have in mind. This is your living space and your investment. You should make sure that the provider you go with matches what you are looking for and understands that this is an investment for you and yours to create the perfect space for you to enjoy and escape to.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The biggest question to consider when thinking about a new project is, do you have the financial coverage to cover the costs of labor and materials and are you willing and ok with your home being a construction site, whether for 3 days or 3 weeks. At Remarkable Concept, we respect the customer's homes even though they are our construction sites. We understand that the majority of the work we do is with customer's who actively live in the home, and we treat it with respect and care to not disturb the customer as much as possible.
