Pacent is a design build company that specializes in renovations alongside our unique interior design. We are formed by long time veterans who came together to form a company one year ago after being in the field for decades working alongside others. We're quirky and fun to work with, and our work speaks for itself. If you choose us for construction, we provide our interior design services at no additional cost!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We rarely purchase finish materials on behalf of the Client. All approximate costs you see are for labor of work (including all construction, project management, engineering, architect work...etc) only. If you choose to work with us, our designer will provide for you our wholesale contractor discount for finished materials.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Set up an initial call to find out more about the Project before sending out a manager/design consultant to visit the Project site.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Accredited Interior Design (BAA) certification Masters and Bachelors in Science (Engineering and Construction)

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our Senior Project Manager has been involved with GC work for 10+ years before deciding to start a company. Pacent was created to showcase the work of our workers and designers while addressing some of the crucial inadequacies surrounding the construction industry. We show up on time, we respond to you ASAP and we will be with you throughout the project until the very end.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Small business owners, developers, home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A lovely full home remodel for a young couple's first home! The home belong to his parents and they couple bought it from the family. Since this is their first home, we want to make it super duper special for them and help cover some of their finished material costs if we can.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

-Make sure that they are licensed, insured and bonded -Make sure you NEVER hire the cheapest guys (you will pay for it down the road)

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1. Can you show me pictures of your work? 2. How many people work with you? Employees or subs 3. Will you yourself be doing the work? 4. Do you have a designer? 5. Can I see your designer's work (sometimes ppl lie about having a designer on the team!)
