How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
My grandfather was a builder and he inspired me to work on homes! I love creating and each remodel is a chance to do to just that for a local family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with a wide range of clients, including homeowners, real estate agents, property management companies, and local businesses. Whether you’re looking to remodel your home, prepare a property for sale, or complete repairs for a closing, we have the experience and expertise to get the job done right.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A recent project I worked on was renovating an old cellar into a functional storage space. This can be quite complex, especially when waterproofing a basement in a house that is over a hundred years old, but it was both a challenge and a lot of fun to work on. It was a very unique house, and the customer was very happy with the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Choose a contractor you trust, who communicates well, and who stands behind their work. Look for a licensed and insured professional with positive customer reviews. Transparency, experience, and integrity are key factors in ensuring a successful remodeling project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before reaching out, consider: - Project Goals: What are you hoping to achieve with your remodel? - Budget: What is your ideal budget range for the project? - Timeline: Do you have a deadline or specific timeframe in mind? - Material Preferences: Do you have preferences for flooring, cabinetry, or fixtures? - Functionality Needs: How will the space be used, and what features are most important to you? By thinking through these details, we can provide the best recommendations and accurate estimates.
