Most of our project pricing is based on expected time on the project and expenses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It’s always best to meet with the client at the site and walk through the project together, working out the best way to achieve their desired goals. Next a quote to determine price. And then a schedule developed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

25 yrs in the building industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started working with a friend framing homes and found a love for carpentry and building.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of our work is on residential homes working for homeowners.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

First, have a main goal in mind. Then if you have any design ideas or materials you’d like to to use or integrate into your project, have some examples or pictures available to show the contractor. If you have any dislikes or “must haves” make that known so it can be worked in to the project.
