I charge 65.00/hr. I prefer to price each job, after I have qualified them.

Meet with my potential client, quote the project(s), set the terms. Schedule the work.

Over 40 years in the trades.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Father owned a lumber yard back in the late 60s. I would build trusses after school and on weekends.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I remodeled a house on the south/east side of Janesville. The home was purchased for 110,000. My client put 35,000 in to renovations. After a professional assessment, the home was valued at 185,000.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Longevity, if the contractor hasn't been around for a while, find out why. I have repaired a lot of mistakes from people who thought they knew how.
