What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically I meet with the customer to understand what they'd like see done with the space. We discuss what options they have to achieve the look and function they'd like. I then put together a free estimate to review with the client. When the client is happy with the details of the estimate we move forward with scheduling and securing the materials.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in home renovation by managing over 60 rental units. This is where I began to learn many of the basic skills of home repair. This is also when I began to appreciate the "before and after" of renovation projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with anyone from owners of investment homes to single residential families updating their homes as their children grow.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I completed a small kitchen remodel 2 months ago for a widowed woman. Her husband passed away 3 years ago and she struggled with making changes to the home. He was normally the one to handle all the home maintenance needs. She trusted me to complete a kitchen update for her and I couldn't have been more honored. We worked through it together and the kitchen turned out great.
