What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer fair pricing. You may find someone else to do it cheaper but won’t with the same amount of quality we offer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to gauge exactly what the customer wants, make good communication, and NEVER have any hidden/bad intentions for their project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Not only have we worked for big companies that have taught us a lot before we decided to go into business. But we also have over 50 years experience between us. It’s safe to say there is not much we haven’t seen.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We both have grew up in construction, and love the work. I believe our passion comes with our genetics lol.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Any sort of person you could imagine. There is no discrimination with us. We treat everyone with the equal amount of respect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just got done with our customers new lean-to. It took us approximately 3 days to finish.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

For me quality comes before anything else. Definitely work with someone you have a good feeling about, and cheaper is not always the best option.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To know what their “Need” is. What their budget is. How long they have for it to be done.
