What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We now base all of our prices on local pricing, no more no less.....

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I approach each job withe the basic questions to open up communications... where, when the person wants me there... and then I just let the client do the talking....

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I grew up in the construction industry and now that I'm back home from college I now have the opportunity to use the skills that I've earned.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Dad taught me the basics and I have worked with several other construction companies where I've learned more in depth skills to do more projects...

What types of customers have you worked with?

In the past, we have worked with all types of customers....

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished two small bathroom remodels ... we helped the owners to save nearly $1,700. We went in and showed them how to re-purpose some things and to get cheaper and higher quality fixtures. We also cut the labor cost.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Try to find someone who is good at what they do and charges a fair price...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Find out what you want to install and ask the installer if they can install it
