Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We do high quality work for high quality homes. There's always someone cheaper but we have a standard that doesn't change according to area code. We are honest, reliable and accommodating.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We set up an appointment to go over your ideas for the project, deadlines and go over questions or concerns regarding the process. Get measurements for the areas involved. We strive to get you an estimate within 48 hours.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I've worked with some amazing people over the past 19 years that really helped me hone my professional skills.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started roofing in Washington State in 2004 during the summers and worked for a drywall, framing & painting company in the winters. Once we relocated to Arizona I worked for a general contracting company learning the ins and outs of all trades.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We work with big commercial franchises such as Jersey Mikes, Wow Wow to barrio Queen. As well as full renovations in residential homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I'm proud of all my work from removing load bearing walls in a residential to finish work in major commercial businesses.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
When getting multiple estimates make sure to ask if the company is licensed bonded and insured. That will definitely affect the pricing. What type of material they will be using, compare all estimates- apples to apples.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Inspirational photos are a good first step. Will you be purchasing the material or do you prefer us too. When do you need the work completed by. Have you looked up current pricing for your specific project. Everything has gone up in price due to inflation. So the cost might slightly be higher than expected.
