I price each job based on the work that in needed to be done. I am very flexible and do not charge a "Change Order" fee for all items. We offer flexible pricing and we are very easy to work with.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I come out to see your project and talk to you about what you want to accomplish. Then I give you ideas and several options for what can be done and what is the best way to go about that.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just completed a multi phase project in Clairemont. Kitchen, Master Bath and Hall bath. We also did flooring and replaced all the doors and closet doors.

1. Ownership: How do you take ownership of your jobs? 2. Completion: What is your track record for staying and completing their jobs. 3. Trades: Am I hiring craftsman or employees? 4. Manners: Do you cleanup and lockup? 5. Personnel: Who is your site foreman? 6. Permits: Are you getting the proper permits? 7. Transparency: Do you know where your money is going? 8. Past Clients: Have you been provided with references? 9. Licensing & Insurance: Do they run a legitimate business? 10. Intuition: What does your intuition say about them?
