What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I work by the hour or by the project, I'm very flexible with my rates and work with you on all pricing and design details ahead of time.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

In person meeting on the job site to discuss your ideas and address any problems with a thorough walk through. I then work up a price and work schedule as well as 3D CAD renderings if the project warrants it.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a bachelors of business management and have been working in the building field for about 10 years. I am a CA licensed contractor.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started out doing this for fun as a hobby and decided to make doing what I love my career.

I have worked with countless types of people in almost every situation you can imagine.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I just recently completed my 4th ADU project all by myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet with someone in person and don't be afraid to ask every question you have, there are no stupid questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask your contractor "When it comes to my project, is there anything you see or can tell me about that I am not aware of?" I always like to explain in as much detail as possible what the scope of work looks like and what possible problems we could run into. If I see the slightest potential problem for you, I'll shed as much light on it as possible.
