We are competitive with other Remodeling/Construction companies in the industry here in the greater Los Angeles area. We pride ourselves on our communication with the client, our construction processes and our superior workmanship.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

IND is you one-stop shop. From the initial planning, to design and material selection, through construction and finishing touches, we will partner with you through the entire building process. We treat our clients home as if they were our own. Our motto is "Constructing Hearts" one home at at time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been been in business over 16 yrs, We all fully licensed, bonded and insured. We carry our own liability insurance as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working with my father as a child.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the past 16 plus yrs we have worked with all types of clients from all walks of life.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Then Mandeville Canyon project featured above. Very nice family, We had a great working relationship. The project took about 7 months.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would say do your homework. Check reviews and get referrals. Make sure the are licensed, bonded and insured.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What exactly they would like to see out of the project. Have a rough idea of what their budget may be. A timeline for the project and what are the looking for out of a professional
