Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Our pricing is determined base on the scope of work it entails, every job is different on size & details. Including senior citizen & veteran discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Try to go over all the details of the works from beginning to the end of the project. Educating them on the pros & cons of the work. informing them that at the end they be receiving everything in writing. (ie. warranty & care maintenance)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
My education & training came from working in the paint industry. Combined, over 22 yrs of experience in these trades. In the present, we're always looking for the latest technology & better ways in improving our skills in order to give our customers better quality service.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I learned about this trade, (through a professional company) I saw that it was about 70% less than what an actual replacement or remodel would cost. I saw that it was a win win for the contractor & customer. The best part is seeing the customer happy & satisfied of the work & $ they saved.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Property Management Companies, who over see Homes & Apartments. Investors who do home flipping, Realtors, and Home owners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Recently did a Kitchen counter top that had broken off from a corner edge about 12" x 9". The reason was unknown, but the owner was hoping to get it fixed instead of replacing the whole counter area which would have been costly for him. We fiberglass repaired the counter (similar to Auto Body work) using fiberglass resins fillers & bondos. At the end, the owner was Amazed that you couldn't tell the difference. It took us 7hrs to do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would recommend that they hire a licensed, insured, & boned company. Ask many questions about their process of work, products they use, is there warranty for their work. If He/She is being very thorough about it in all that is described then they just might be a good company to hired. Reading reviews about a company is a good place to start, but would not rely completely on that only. The more you learn about them, the more you'll know whom you'll want to hire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Some questions I would ask: How much will this cost? What kind of materials will be used? If hired, when can you start? What most likely caused this damage & how can i prevent it from happening again. Most companies have websites that offer more information.
