We offer free estimates, design/layout plans with renderings, and a complimentary personalized job portal website.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First step is a discovery meeting where we go over the vision for the project, then we give an estimate based on the existing space and the design desired. Once a proposal is signed we move into getting any necessary documents or permitting that may be required. During this time we also create the custom job portal website and begin working within the agreed time frame for the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a General Contractors License, an engineering degree and several years experience working with customers on residential home projects.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with customers on their custom home builds, home remodels, home additions and renovations, finishing basements, external siding, flooring, bathroom additions and remodels, bedroom remodel, kitchen remodels, and more!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

-Look for a provider that has a reputation for integrity and excellence. -It's important that you are compatible to work together. We emphasize the importance of clear respectful communication and professional relationship. -I would tell them to make sure that they find a provider who will help them understand the entire process of the project. That they can see a detailed and clear picture from beginning to end of what the experience will be like. A lot of times customers are left in the dark and their expectations are different than what is realistic. -I would also very much caution customer from just going with the lowest estimate before really comparing estimates line by line. Sometimes the lower estimate can help guarantee a contractor land a job, but a drastically lower estimate often means there will either be a lack of quality somewhere, or there will be surprise fees that are not written into the estimate. Be very careful just going with the lowest price. Comparing estimates apples to apples is something that we can personally help you with.

What is my budget? (Have a clear picture of your budget ahead of time and be willing to communicate it.) Do I have a clear idea in mind of what is it that I would like done? When am I ready to start my project? What is a realistic time frame that I am hoping to get my project completed in?
