What types of customers have you worked with?

As an Architect I am an integral member of this design build team for over thirty-five years. My primary responsibility is the development of design through documentation and construction. With my unique knowledge of the construction industry to provide the client with a strong understanding of what is needed and how to properly construct their facilities for todays changing business environments I typically will serve as the architect in charge of services, overseeing the production of the final documents, coordinating with engineering disciplines, designing and developing the varied details, verifying the budget and specifying products. As the Construction Manager, I am responsible for all projects budgeting, scheduling, and contracting with the Sub-contractors and the management of those related contracts.
