What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We provide a feasibility study at the early stage of design to set realistic cost expectations. Because we are a design-build firm we provide very competitive pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We provide homeowners with a complete package from design to build. We specialize in residential projects of all sizes. Our typical process starts with an idea that we develop into a design. We execute the design by starting the permitting process and by leading construction to completion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have one decade of experience in construction, a professional degree from Boston Architectural Collage, and a decade of experience in architecture.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My introduction to design-build started at a young age with our family carpentry business. Because carpentry involves lots of coordination with architects, so my early experiences in the field had a major influence on my career development.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with new home builders, architects, general contractors, and homeowners.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently started construction on a new beach house that will be a good reputation for our firm's values. (As seen on our website) It will display a contemporary design with contrasting spaces that without sacrificing design. Additionally, we are excited about the sustainability goals and design awards we are seeking to achieve.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Have an honest conversation about the budget early on because on occasion the design can be much more costly that the actual budget. This could end up ending the project altogether.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Good design should be about solving problems. I recommend having a list of the problems that you what the design to solve. Sometimes you may have an answer, but other times the designer will provide the solution or improve upon your solution.
