We are designers and contractors. We are able to take your vision and help you explore options. We also help you implement the design once it's finalized. No need to shop at different locations and try to cordinate deliveries. We do all the hard work for you. Our clients are part of our family and we take care of them as such.

We offer design services. There are fees for these services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will have an initail conversation to make sure we are a good fit for the client. Once we have established we are a good fit. We start the estimating progress.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are part of the NKBA, HBRA Association. We have designers onsite and involved in the whole precess of the project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Hello, My name is Claudia and I owen Artisan Tile Kitchen and Baths. I started this company after working with a bathroom company and a kitchen company. I studied design and residential planning at Paier School of Art. I fell in love with design and remodeling spaces 13 years ago when I came cross a small company who remodeled bathrooms.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many types of clients. We welcome everyone who is in need of our services. It's not about who the client is but how we can help.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was blessed to work with a couple who moved to CT from NY. This project included, kitchen, dining room, intertaining room, living room, bedroom/office, powder room. This project took about 4 months to complete. The clients communicated their needs and wants. We were able to find exactly what they had in mind for lighting and finishes. The project was just amazing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A word of advice to clients who are looking to remodel is: Patience and understanding. Remodeling can be scary but if you find the correct people to help you in your remodel jouney it can be a great reward once it's finished. The area you are remodeling will look worse before it's finished. Ask questions and ask for help to understand the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Think about your budget. Reserve 20% more for extras. Think about your style and be open minded to design. Think about how you plan to cook if you are doing a kitchen remodel. Think about being without a bathroom for 2 months for a bathroom remodel. Think about getting a designer or a company that has these services.
