TOP QUALITY work! Sensible pricing. HOUSES and MOBILE HOMES: TRADITIONAL HOMES (crawl spaces only) Re-leveling foundations, repairing joists and beam wood loss due to termite & dry rot. Adding supplemental beams and piers (ground support). Moisture issues requiring encapsulation, vapor barrier or other remediation needs. Very old house specialist. MOBILE HOME crawl space re-leveling. Most contractor’s re-level mobile homes on the original SINKING piers. Within a 1-2 years, noticeable settling has begun again. When we re-level a mobile home, we add MORE piers to better distribute the weight. This provides much longer stability. After all, most mobile home last 20-30+ years from their original installation. My pricing is very reasonable affordable (and almost always significantly lower than the big contractors We offering financing. We only request a small upfront deposit. I am a God-fearing Christian and treat people with respect and NEVER do a hard closing technique. Homeowners are not a number. They are people who are very concerned (many times are scared) about their home and in need of an honest assessment and proposal.

My quote is very competitive. Unlike some contractors, my quote is fixed and NEVER increases...

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I visit the customer to understand their concerns. Then I assess the crawl space and take videos to show and discuss with the homeowner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in the foundation repair world for over 20 years. I fully explain the mechanics of the “why/how this occurred” as well how my proposed repairs will provide a solution with longevity.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Previously I worked for some of the largest foundation repair companies here in Florida as well as the gulf states. All of them specialized in slab foundations, but would do crawl space as well. However, the crew knowledge is more adapted to slabs and the pricing is also at slab repair pricing which is far more than crawl space should be. I started my own company strictly specializing in crawl spaces and mobile homes to provide comprehensive and affordable solutions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We specialize with crawl spaces of all types. Our fondest projects are with historic homes. With mobile homes it is very satisfying when we can correct bad work done by dishonorable contractors/handymen and we can assure the owners of many years of stability. typically mobile home communities are a hunting ground for dishonest/scamming/"slickster" handymen/contractors. It’s hard to find honest contractors who will work on mobile homes. Add to this that these communities tend to be fixed income and or widows/widowers and frequently taken advantage of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Traditional homeowners…always get 3 quotes. Unfortunately you will get widely varying explanations and quotes. We provide “before” videos so you see what our quote represents. Mobile home owners... be very wary of contractors/handymen who want a substantial deposit (typically 50%). Also, be very wary of very low pricing bargains get you 2 years of stability, if that. It’s hard work, tiresome, and the homeowner can't see the completed work to confirm it was done professionally and correctly.
