Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is a key element of communication with customers and discuss upfront the deal will make.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Consider a customer as a partner and make their onboarding experience specific to them and their needs

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
learned the skills i got from top of general contractors in town

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've always heard that one formula to success (I'm sure there are others) is to take a hobby or activity you know and love already, and build your business around it. It makes sense because whatever business you choose, you will spend a LOT of time doing it to become successful!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All kinds of customers will visit your profile. Each of them unique and requiring a different approach.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
recent project i made its remodeled 2 bedroom apt from scratched to beauty it was take 6 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell them to look to establish a friendship with whoever it is you will give your business to. Make sure that they are responsive to your phone calls and emails. There is nothing more frustrating then working with a handyman that you can't ever seem to reach. We realize this and work hard to ensure that you feel like our only customer. And while we realize that this is a business agreement we want to take stress and tension out of the equation and build a friendship throughout the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should have these things in there mind or fully decided before even meeting with there contractor('s) to gather quotes. 1. Want They want done (Scope of work) 2. When they want the work to start (timeline) 3. What they want to spend (budget) 4. Possibly a finish design( Pending whether they want contractor to furnish design or they will) From there the contractor can give you numbers based on the scope of work, tell you whether they can make the timeline work or not, and tell you if the price is reasonable or not, and can help you find a designer.
