Consultations & estimates are free but to be placed on the calendar there is a 50% deposit and draws along the way once project has progressed.

It all starts with a phone call, email or text and then we schedule a time for me to see your project. Once an estimate is generated and deposit sent, the ordering of materials begins and prep work (material transportation and protective materials for floors, doorways etc laid) starts.

I have been a big fan of architecture through the years, particularly old homes. If you can fix an old home, you can certainly fix a newer home.

I started out doing handyman work which evolved into flipping my own houses. During that time I became a self taught carpenter. I've learned a lot over the years, not just in construction methods but also about people in general.

I've worked with homeowners who need minor handyman repairs done to homeowners with mini mansions that need an entire basement renovated into multiple rooms including bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, movie theatre rooms, hidden rooms, and gyms.

I recently completed a room addition for a young couple who are still considered newlyweds. My team built an addition and added a full sized master bathroom complete with a closet and a separate laundry room for a stackable washer/dryer. With permitting and inspections, the project took the project took close to 5 months to complete. But the outcome was amazing!

They should think of the style they like. I can help determine type of materials they would like to use and installation methods. Material grade and install method can make a bathroom, kitchen, or flooring project significantly more expensive by sq/ft price of the material to a more labor intensive installation process. My job is to make sure your goals/expectations match up with your budget and try to make your home look transformational.
