What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We desire to be very fair on pricing. If you receive a better price, tell us about it. We offer a price matching service. Also we are running a special “Get That Project Finally Done!” summer 2024 limited offer: $500 off any project costing $5K or more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1) Respond to initial job request quickly. 2) Initiate direct conversation. 3) Get any missing info. 4) Assess your needs to make sure we are a great fit. 5) Answer questions you have for us. 6) Including a quote of total project cost or an itemized detailed bid for large projects. 7) Follow up on project decision making.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our company has an entire team of professionals with an average of 15 years of solid experience. We don’t allow the inexperienced on staff.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Residential and commercial real estate investing led to the need to also create and operate our own construction business to maximize quality and efficiency. Allows us to offer a wide range of services. We only recently started using Thumbtack to evaluate its potential.

Residential. Plus limited commercial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are proud of all of our projects. We work hard to ensure each one is a success. But is also finished as quickly as possible.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Share details, describe things fully. Always try to add relevant photos. After that, be clear up front if you have needs or requirements. What matters most to you? Contractors have a lot of constraints on them! That info helps us better manage precious time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Research likely cost to decide: what is my project budget and scope? Timeframe? Are all materials on hand? Who selects, decides, measures, shops, picks up, delivers, pays for, etc the materials still needed?
