What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process begins with an online inquiry form, where we ask you to provide property information and photos of the site as available. Once we have this information, our design team will review your project details to determine if an initial on-site walk-through or meeting is needed. This ensures we fully understand your vision and the project scope before moving forward with a proposal and contract and eventually concept development and plans.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Casey Dowgiert, Owner and Principal of i3 Architects, is a graduate of Wentworth Institute of Technology and brings over 20 years of experience in the architecture field. Her expertise spans a wide range of project types, including commercial spaces, office fit-outs, laboratories, multi-family housing, retail establishments, and restaurants. In addition to her architectural work, Casey oversees all aspects of i3 Architects, ensuring seamless project execution and day-to-day operations.
