What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer free estimates with an onsite visit for all customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we like to do an onsite visit to discuss your thoughts and needs. Then we will put together a proposal and send it to you. If you accept the proposal, we will then set you up as a user in our builder software and begin the process. From initial design to the actual work to close out one of our project managers will be with you through every step of the project.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

New Edge Construction and it team have a combined 40 plus years of experience in the industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in 2013 doing small to medium sized projects and have grown from there.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have completed all type of construction projects. From kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes, whole house remodels, new home builds, decks, additions, and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a whole house remodel in Foristell that was a great project. The house was updated from top to bottom and the clients couldn't be happier with the end result.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with someone that has experience in the industry and a well established company.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is my budget? How do I want my project to look? When do I need to project completed?
