Introduction

I listen closely to what the customer wants and work hard to ensure that the end product meets what they expected. Attention to detail and being personable with clients are the traits I most pride myself on. I enjoy all the work that I do. No project is ever too small or too big. I especially enjoy seeing a project from start to finish, and seeing the final product. Of course, satisfaction of my clients is always very rewarding.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I work with my clients on bids. I want you to love the final product, we do our best to be fair with clients and work with them to fit their budget. Always remember that you get what you pay for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to stay in contact with my clients and make sure they're aware of each step in the process. I'm always more than willing to work with them on costs of projects and am very flexible. I believe that trust is the foundation of any type of relationship, especially a business relationship.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I'm a registered GC in the state of Nebraska and I also have my degree in Construction Management and Business. I've worked for various companies that range from framing homes to finishing touches throughout the actual house.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I've always enjoyed remodels. I've worked in the industry for as long as I can remember, and ended up getting my degree in Construction Management and Business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a wide variety of clients, both residential and commercial.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Do your research. Don't be afraid to ask questions.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Be sure to check reviews on any contractor you hire. Do your research. A lot of contractors will pretend to know everything about anything when they really don't. They don't know the materials they're working with and what you can and can't do with them. I had an instance with one client who had hired a contractor and they left the client in the dark, never responded to their questions, and ended up, up and leaving without completing the project.
