What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We like to give our customers a variety of pricing options. Bid, hourly and cost plus. Not many companies give their customers so many options.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The process varies depending upon the project but generally we perform a site visit to go over your project and your vision of what you want. You will then receive a written estimate. Larger jobs have a more extensive process to starting after the initial estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Residential, commercial and industrial. We work with all budgets but have and still do work in many high end homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A double bathroom remodel, we had a lot of space to design and build the space for the customer.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the business out. Do online searches to check for any pattern of problems. Get insurance certificates directly from their agents.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have they done this before? Time lines? Are they insured including workers comp? Are you licensed (if required). NH doesn’t license construction companies.
