What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It doesn't matter if you're a new customer or one we worked with for years . If we get a chance to work for you the owner Joe is on every job and available to his clients 24 hours a day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have my associates in applied science and mathematics for construction also worked as a union Carpenter for 15 years . If it was a 10 story building or a new home I have seen it all.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Ever since I was a kid I love to build and work with my hands . Not to mention it runs in my blood , for generations my family has been in the trades . Also I feel there is no better feeling than to exceed and impress customers on their biggest investment your home . It's the pride I have to over achieve .

What types of customers have you worked with?

From the younger generation to the older generation . We don't see them as customers but as friendships that we built.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research when hiring a company to work on your job big or small . I always say a person who loves what they do will show .

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A good contractor would be able to give you very detailed information on any project you need no matter big or small. While showing excitement and passion to exceed your expectations and make you comfortable they are there.
