First off we would like to get in contact with you via a phone call to discuss your needs and see if we would be a good fit. Following our phone call we would set up an initial free consultation to look at the project site and discuss details. If enough information is on hand after our first meeting we can present a rough estimate range. Once you have decided you are comfortable with our estimate range and us a team we work together to put together a detailed scope of work to present to you a construction contract with an exact price outlining what we are and are not doing. Once the document is signed and 20% deposit is collected we start construction at the agreed upon date.

While we had corporate jobs we remodeled our own homes on the side. We realized there was a need for professional reliable service in the construction space. We initially started doing this on the side until we became busy enough to start doing this full time during the summer of 2018.

What is a reasonable budget you are willing to spend. I understand that this is something people aren't always comfortable revealing initially, for various reasons. However, we believe this is imperative in order for us to be realistic about our conversations and direction of the project. I want to be able to give you the best advice possible, even if you don't choose Southern Blue, I can not do that without having as much of the information regarding your project as I can.
