We provide fair, transparent pricing based on the scope of each project. While we do not compete on being the cheapest, we do compete on value, quality, and professionalism. All estimates include labor, materials (if requested), and a clear breakdown of costs. We require a deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Veterans, first responders, and repeat clients are eligible for special consideration.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a brief consultation to understand your goals, then schedule a site visit if necessary. Once we review the scope, we send over a detailed quote and timeline. Upon approval, we agree to terms, collect a deposit, and begin work—keeping communication open throughout the project to ensure satisfaction and clarity.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

As a U.S. Coast Guard veteran, I bring a high level of discipline, attention to detail, and operational leadership to every job. I’ve completed extensive hands-on training in residential construction, remodeling, and project management, and continue to pursue advanced learning to stay current with building codes, materials, and trends.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After leaving the military, I found a passion for transforming spaces and helping families improve their homes. What began as side projects quickly grew into a full-time business—built on integrity, reliability, and the desire to serve my community with quality construction and material sourcing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with homeowners, investors, real estate agents, and property managers. Many of our clients are looking for reliable partners to handle full renovations, investment rehabs, or new home builds with professional communication and trustworthy timelines.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed a full remodel of a mobile home in Joshua, TX—interior and exterior paint, drywall repair, kitchen upgrades, and appliance installation. It took two weeks start to finish, and the transformation was incredible. The client was thrilled, and we stayed ahead of schedule.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don’t just hire based on price—hire based on trust, communication, and proof of work. Ask about licenses, insurance, and experience. A good contractor should be responsive, organized, and willing to educate you throughout the process.
