What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Inspections are free! It doesn't cost anything to have Zeus Restoration come out and give you a cost estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After contacting Zeus Restoration, we'll send a technician out to your location (usually that same day). The technician will examine the damage, do some preliminary testing and give you an estimate for the mitigation and restoration. Once you're ready to move forward, our professional staff will come in and remove the damage materials, replace them, and then make it look better than before. We'll also communicate with your insurance company (and help you communicate with them, too) to ensure your claim will go through properly.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 20 years of experience in the restoration and remediation field. We are also an IICRC certified restoration firm. We also have on-staff mold remediation specialists with their own certifications for mold inspection, mitigation, and removal.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've work with all types! We've done residential restoration jobs on small homes to million-dollar mansions. We've also worked with property managers to repair apartments, condos, and other multi-unit residences. On the commercial side, we've restored ranch/agricultural buildings, storage warehouses, government buildings, schools, and offices. When it comes down to it, there are no jobs too big or too small for Zeus Restoration!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure the company you choose works well with your insurance company. We've heard horror stories of insurance claims not being approved, leaving the home owner with the bill. We pride ourselves on working with insurance agents to make sure the claims are approved for our customers.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

1) Where is the damage located and how far does it extend? 2) What caused the damage and how long since it occurred? 3) When is a good time for a technician to come out and examine the damage? 4) What insurance company do you use (and have their contact info ready!)
