What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every project is different and if the contractor is not willing to come in person to give you a bid there probably not honest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to get a feel for what you want and I build it that way to the best of my ability. Sometimes not every vision can come to reality but I can promise we will get it as close as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in construction since I was 12. I was a super intendant for Porter Contractors Inc. out Fairborn Ohio for 10 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My Uncle had a Construction company that i worked for during the summers. He taught me a lot.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types easy going to very particular about what they want. I work well with everybody. My motto is if the customer is not happy I’m not happy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all my jobs I put my heart and soul in to my work.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Trust who you hire there are a lot of phonies out there.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cheapest is not always best. You get what you pay for. Most of the time if someone is cheaper there is a reason for it.
