Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We believe in fair and transparent pricing. Our goal is to deliver high-quality work at a competitive rate, while ensuring the integrity of your project and a sustainable profit for our team. While we may not be the lowest-priced option, we prioritize lasting quality over cutting corners. We do not take on projects with unrealistic budgets, as that approach rarely delivers satisfactory results for anyone involved.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Alta Construction – Our Project Process 1. Initial Consultation We begin with a free consultation to understand your goals, vision, budget, and timeline. This can be done in person, over the phone, or via video call. 2. Site Visit & Assessment Our team schedules a site visit to assess the space, take necessary measurements, and evaluate any structural or technical details critical to the project. 3. Project Proposal & Estimate We provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, materials, estimated costs, and projected timeline. We ensure transparency so there are no surprises later. 4. Contract Agreement Once the proposal is approved, we draft a formal agreement including all terms, timelines, warranties, and payment schedule. This protects both parties and sets clear expectations. 5. Planning & Design (if applicable) For custom projects, we offer design support and planning services. This includes layout planning, material selection, and obtaining necessary permits if required. 6. Project Kickoff We assign a dedicated project manager and crew. Work begins as scheduled, and we keep you updated regularly with progress reports and milestones. 7. Quality Control & Inspections Throughout the project, we conduct internal inspections to ensure quality and code compliance. We also invite customer walkthroughs at key stages. 8. Final Walkthrough & Approval Upon completion, we do a final walkthrough with you to confirm satisfaction and address any touch-ups or adjustments. 9. Project Closeout We provide final documentation, warranty information, and maintenance tips. Final payment is collected only after project approval. 10. Ongoing Support Our relationship doesn’t end with project completion. We’re available for any follow-up questions, warranty concerns, or future projects.
