Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
We aim to provide clear, upfront pricing with no surprises. Every project is unique, so we offer free estimates based on the scope of work. We do our best to stay within budget while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship. For larger jobs, we provide itemized bids, and for smaller handyman tasks, we offer competitive hourly rates. No hidden fees, just honest work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
It starts with a quick phone call or text to understand your needs. From there, we’ll schedule a walkthrough (virtual or in-person) to assess the project and provide a free estimate. Once approved, we’ll send over a timeline and scope of work, then stay in touch throughout the process to ensure everything is done to your satisfaction and on schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We are licensed general contractors with hands-on experience in remodeling, masonry, and custom home work. Our training comes from years of working in the field alongside skilled tradesmen, learning the ins and outs of residential construction, from foundations to finish work. We’re constantly refining our skills to stay sharp and up to code.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Our passion for building started with family projects and evolved into a career. We began with small remodels and masonry jobs and built our reputation on quality, communication, and follow-through. Word-of-mouth grew the business, and now we’re proud to help homeowners across Utah bring their visions to life.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with homeowners, landlords, designers, and real estate investors. Some clients are tackling their first home project, while others are seasoned renovators. Whether it’s a one-time handyman fix or a full home remodel, we bring the same level of professionalism to every job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One of our favorite projects was a full home remodel in Draper that included interior masonry, sauna installation, decorative ceiling beams, and custom tile showers. Seeing the homeowner walk through the finished space and light up made it all worth it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for a contractor who communicates clearly, provides a detailed estimate, and respects your time and space. Ask for photos of past work and make sure expectations are outlined in writing. A good contractor should make you feel confident throughout the process.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before reaching out, it helps to have an idea of your budget, timeline, and what areas of the home you want to prioritize. Do you need design help or already have a vision? Are there materials you’d like to use? The more clarity you have, the easier it is for us to help you get started.
