What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introduction * I like to take the time necessary to ensure you are hiring the right person to get a product you can be happy with. Assessment - Cost, desire, work with you to find the best solution to your project. Meet - Arrive to the project and go over any expectations/special needs. The world is a crazy place right now and I want to make sure all of you concerns and needs are addressed. Begin/complete work - Clean up after all work is done for the day. Review progress/Completion of work at the end of each day to ensure maximum satisfaction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

20 years construction experience * experience ranges from hands on to management of all types of work Undergraduate Engineering degree

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My experience started at a young age. I began framing houses at 19 and moved into full remodels and later into commercial buildings and currently manage mid to large commercial building projects

What types of customers have you worked with?

residential * new construction * private remodels Commercial * resturaunts * offices * clothing * book stores * large developers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project I completed was a Data processing facility by use of satellites. The build was a medium large project that took 6 months to complete. It began with all excavation to final exterior/interior finishes

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure you hire someone you believe can be trusted. Get to know them and their experience to ensure they are the right person for the project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What do you want done? What is your Budget?
