Our team has over 15 years of combined experience in construction, design, and project management. We’re licensed and insured in Utah, and our crew receives continuous training on building codes, modern materials, and design trends to ensure top-quality craftsmanship.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Utah Dream Homes began with a passion for transforming outdated spaces into dream homes. After years in general contracting and real estate development, we saw the need for a more personal, design-focused remodeling experience—and decided to build a company around it.

We’ve worked with homeowners across Utah—from young families remodeling kitchens to retirees upgrading their bathrooms, and real estate investors enhancing property value. Whether it’s a full house remodel or a backyard transformation, we tailor every project to each client’s goals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent favorite was a full home remodel in West Jordan. We modernized the kitchen, added a spa-like bathroom, and created a covered outdoor living space. The entire project took 9 weeks and ended with a thrilled family who finally had their dream home come to life.
