What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I dont, I use what is called exactimate soft ware, its the same soft ware that all insurance companies uses to generate or write their estimates, its difficult to understand and or use, I was trained and certified to use it..its really cool

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I provide them free consultation and assessments, ie establish if the loose is or will be covered by insurance policy, ,, also establishing what make sense, if filing a claim is necessary or not etc

I worked for a large corporation before and I was working my a off for them,,,so I love working hard and I decided to want to work harder

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The Lady that told her insurance company that she had flooded basement and was denied coverage, just for me to access and determined that she had a sum pump failure and called the insurance company and reversed that decision and she got coverage and saved about $25,000.00

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My job requires training and a continuous training, find out if He is trained and or certified and above all licensed, make sure they are not giving you such a low price just to get in their and jack their prices up, ,,,, make sure they can deal with the insurance company if possible

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I wish they really know that I paid for them to call me... meaning I spend money on advertizement, and when I am face to face or on the phone with them I want your business,
