What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will like to say that my prices are really fear base on the quality, the timeframe and customer services that I provide plus the confidence that we are license, bonded and insured and you will be covered since day one and the warranty that we provide of our services after we are done with your project. I don’t like to call it cheap so is definitely fear I’m sure you will get for what you pay.

Introduction of my company, experience, referrals and understanding my new clients needs and purpose of the project

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a license contractor, and all my experience was acquired at the fields working hard, with passion and determination to provide the best quality services possible and also learning and updating my team with the newest technique and designs as much as we can always following the contractors code

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I receive a lead thru thumbtack to paint a powder room only and ending adding more work

Investors, realtors , home owner and commercial owner

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Kitchen renovation , master room and powder room painting that project takes me 2 weeks

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always work with a licensed and insured contractor, get a contrac with a clear specification of the project and hire some one who will take the time to listen to your expectations and who have the love and experience for what they do, hire some one who enjoy the time working for you creating and making your home a sweet home.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Timeframe, warranty, prices, quality of materials, permits, if structure changes can affect your house overtime, payment methods, insurance and more but a good contractor will also guide you and ask you the right questions once you decide that person you will create a great team for your project
