What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

prices vary. I get most of my stuff from different companies and based on their availability where the party is located and what they charge is the prices so all my prices for everything that I offer is starting at.. which means it could be higher there's a lot of factors that go into it .where it's located . gas prices tolls fees entrances like Park entrances etc

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

there is a lot of new customers and it's all the same I have to know all the details no cancellations if there is confirm and cancel at least the day before etc I'm open every night till 11:00 p.m. if you need to contact me it's better to do it that day and that night instead of the next morning

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

not really too much like I said I started out in 1995 my first job was a power ranger back then the purple dinosaur Barney was very popular so I just learned from watching other people and going with them on these jobs how to do things

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in 1995 when I went to University of Miami baseball game and I saw the mascot I just thought it was fun being able to be in that costume and that crazy and nobody know who you really were . plus I like kids I used to be a substitute teacher

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with various customers from homes parks departments daycares some big events small events schools grand openings restaurants fundraisers I mean anything you can think of safe houses for moms and kids etc plus sickle Cell foundation a lot of these events are yearly

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I do a lot of different ones I do Easter Bunny clowns elf for Christmas they usually last an hour maybe or 2 or more depending on the event if it's private or a public event some kids are so excited like I just come out to you and hug you and that makes you feel good

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

make sure you have all your info all your questions written down and be 100% sure so there's no cancels no changes made the day of the night before be sure the time that you want to start paying the people arrive

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

it's good to let me know the day the time what time your party starts and finishes how long you want it for what area you live in what the theme is helps the more info and details you can give us the better make sure once you book that's the date you want and that you don't cancel and if you do another customer could have taken that time frame. if there's a guard gate or code when you need to know that anything is easy accessible for us if they're at big businesses hotels etc
