What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Here at Prestigious Entertainment we provide the upmost prestigious services at an incredible price. The price that you get quoted on is the final price. No hidden fees! Discounts are available Monday through Thursday.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We understand when a new customer might be hesitant or nervous if they are being scammed or stripped of their money for a service that wasn't up to par. That is why we made it our mission to work for our current reviews and lead Thumbtack as the company with the quickest response rate. We want all our customers, especially new customers to have an enjoyable experience purchasing our services.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All our staff members has experience working with children or experience in Theatre & Arts. Along with their experience we make sure we prepare them to give our clients a great show and to also be adaptable to any obstacles that is thrown their way.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started out helping our family with their daycare business. The part we loved the most was entertaining the children when a special holiday came up and we dressed up as the easter bunny or the grinch. That is when the idea of entertaining both kids and adults came up and Prestigious Entertainment was created a few year after.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Prestigious Entertainment works with all types of customers. We do not discriminate anybody based on their race, background or religious beliefs. We are 100% confident that we will provide the best service no matter what type of customer we are dealing with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our most recent projects that we were extremely proud of was our first gig where we provided all the services. A costumed character, princess, balloon twister & face painter. We realized then and there that this isn't just a business, this is our life's work as well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not be afraid of asking too many questions. For us Prestigious Entertainment, we are open to answering as many questions as you have. The more questions you ask us, the better off we will be in knowing exactly what you desire and knowing what we need to do to accomplish the job and keeping you satisfied.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Always ask for photo proof of their previous work to see what kind of quality characters they have in stock. And also make sure their are no hidden fees when they quote you a price.
