We offer discounts on multiple characters or multiple hours reserved!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Online reservations are easy, convenient and usually less than five minutes on your phone or tablet! So far, we haven't had one complaint, and if we do, we always make it right!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Background checks, thorough training modules, experienced models and actors only. Type-casting to ensure we look the part, every time.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We are partnered with former theme park production experts who make our costumes and wigs. #1 in the USA!

What types of customers have you worked with?

From residential birthday parties to corporate venues, malls, tree lightings, country club outings and more!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Only use locally owned and operated businesses, and only use the best! These moments are too special to your family. You get what you pay for too! Going with the lowest bidder isn't always the best quality!

How long have you been in business? What happens if I need to reschedule? Do you offer discounts on multiple characters? What happens if something happens and you don't show up, do you have backups? Are your actors and performers background checked?
